The Nantahala Hiking Club will take an easy 3-mile hike Nov. 18 from Wayah Bald to Wilson Lick Ranger Station on the Appalachian Trail with a short car shuttle. Meet in Franklin at Westgate Plaza opposite Burger King at 2 p.m. Call leader Kay Coriell at 369-6820 for reservations. Visitors welcome, but no pets please.
