The Nantahala Hiking Club will take an easy 1.5-mile hike Feb. 3 around Black Rock Lake near Mountain City, Ga., then visit the ranger station and museum at the top of Black Rock Mountain State Park. Call leader Kay Coriell, 369-6820, for reservations. Visitors are welcome, no pets please.
