The Highlands Dialogue continues its winter-spring 2013 schedule on Feb. 5 with  “Jefferson, Militias, the Second Amendment and its Possible Irrelevance for Private Gun Ownership.”  The discussions take place from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Tuesdays at Hudson Library.
