Fundraiser supports scholarships
The Sky Valley Garden Club will host “An Enchanted Evening” of Dahlias by the Lake for its annual scholarship fundraiser on Sept. 16.
The event will be held on the patio at the Sky Valley Country Club from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Enjoy a beautiful evening with live music, appetizers and drinks. A silent auction of quality art items and dahlia centerpieces will be available for purchase.
Tickets are $60 per person, which includes food, drink, live entertainment, a complimentary drink at check-in, a free drink ticket, and the opportunity to bid on the silent auction items. Credit cards will be accepted for purchase of auction items. Your support will assist in beautification projects throughout the City of Sky Valley and the club’s scholarship fund.
For reservations, send a check payable to Sky Valley Garden Club, 774 Sky Valley Way #269, Sky Valley, GA 30537. Include the name of each attendee on the “for” line of your check.
The cutoff date for reservations is Sept. 4 or sellout date, whichever comes first.
