Shop With A Cop Rotary Bingo

It wouldn’t be Christmas without Shop With a Cop Rotary Bingo. SWAC Rotary Bingo will be on Thursday, Nov. 6, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., at the Community Building next to the Ballfield in Highlands. This is a guaranteed night of fun for a wonderful cause.
Shop Witha Cop is celebrating its 32nd year helping children who would have little or no Christmas. It provides a positive experience with police officers letting the children understand that Cops are not the bad guys. The children are given a $200 gift card to shop with at Walmart with the assistance of police officers or other personnel. Many times, the children only buy necessities for the home because the need is so great. This program helps children in Macon County, including Highlands, Otto and Franklin.
Shop With a Cop Rotary Bingo is a great way to support SWAC. The night of the event Rotary members sell Bingo Cards for $15 for the players to play 15 games that are played. There will be times of excitement as the players get closer and closer to winning. Rotary Bingo is an evening of fun for the whole family, bring your children and grandchildren.
This being a special Bingo there may be a surprise visitor or two. There will be plenty of refreshments for all to enjoy.
