Eugene Thannel Talley, 73, of Highlands, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2019. He was born in Rabun County, Georgia, Oct.14, 1946 to the late Radford and Myrtle Bryson Talley.
A service will be held Sunday, Nov. 10, 2019 at 2 p.m. at Clear Creek Baptist Church, with Rev. Jim Kinard, Rev. Vic Greene and Rev. Randy Lucas officiating. Burial will be in the Clear Creek Community Cemetery.
