Phillip Raymond Elder, 72, of Highlands, passed away Monday, Oct. 14. Phil was born May 16, 1947 in Bradford County, Florida, to the late Emmett O. Elder and Cbell Stroud Elder.
Services for Phil were held Friday, Oct. 18, 2019 at the First Baptist Church in Highlands. The family requests that any donations be made to First Baptist Church in Highlands, Phil’s home church, in his honor.
