Ruth Lucille Rice, 78, of Franklin passed away Friday, January 24, 2020.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, January 27 at Windy Gap Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Moore-Welch Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 - 7 p.m. on Sunday, January 26 at Bryant-Grant Funeral Home.
